Condolence: My heartfelt condolences to James' family. He was such a sweet boy back in Parmalee Elementary School.

Condolence: I just found out today. James and I were great friends and creative collaborators from 6th grade right on through trying to make a professional band work as adults (with Bob Urtz).

Our paths may have diverged, but James taught me how to have confidence in myself and my art. I owe a lot of who I am to ol' Slambo, sad to see he's gone.

Condolence: I was recently back visiting my family, and I thought of James when I saw the house up the street. I searched his name and was very sad to find this. We'd lost touch, but he still holds a special place in me. He gave me a new 'perspective' on things when we were teenagers. His confidence and exuberance made me want to develop more of that for myself; an asset when measured. I will always think of him fondly, and I wish we could have caught-up again. My condolences.
