YUSCZYK - Cindy Jo (nee Swann) January 2, 2015. Beloved wife of Phillip S. Yusczyk; dear mother of Matt; loving daughter of JoAnn and the late James Swann; dear sister of Wendy (Tom) Davan and Eric (Diane) Swann; stepsister of Rick (Libby) Sperry; also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation at the KOLANO FUNERAL HOME, 396 Amherst St. (near Grant) Sunday 4-8 PM where funeral services will take place Monday at 10 AM. Pastor Cecil W. Harlin, officiating.
