CZUBA - Helen J. (nee Szablewski) July 29, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Casimer Czuba; dear mother of Christine (Philip) Ostrowski and Marie (Eugene) Picun; loving grandmother of Matthew, Aleathea, Rebecca, Karen and Alex; great-grandmother of seven; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at Assumption Church, 435 Amherst St., Buffalo, Saturday, August 6th at 9:30 AM. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Helen was a member of the Northwest Seniors and the Parish Rosary Society. Donations to Assumption Preservation Fund are preferred.
