Condolence: To Horace's family: I too remember Horace with fondness. We worked together at the D.A.'s office. He was a gentleman and a fine lawyer. I hope your wonderful memories of him will help you through this difficult time.

Condolence: To the Family of Horace Hutson,
I would like to express my sympathy to you on Horace's death. i have known Horace for many years in my work as a Supreme Court Justice.
Horace represented defendants who appeared before me in criminal cases. Horace, not only represented these people ably, but was sensitive to the plight of these men and women as well. I respected him for the work he did. I liked Horace and will miss him a great deal.
I hope God will sustain you in your loss.
Sincerely,
Judge Tim Drury

Condolence: To Horace's Family, Friends and Loved Ones,
I will never forget Horace. He kept me sane and smiling on some difficult days in Buffalo City Court. He was a tough adversary, but one with a conscience who worked to pursue justice. His smile and his kindness, his laugh--all of these things will make heaven a better place. I thank God for allowing all of us to have Horace and a piece of heaven, even if it was for a short time here on the earth. Rest in peace my friend.
