The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Walter Theobald can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Sarah (loving sister), Pat (you were close to Saunee) and all family, so sorry to hear of your loss of a loved one. Having only met Saunee a few times back when Sarah & Pat were married, I was not able to get to know him well. With that said, his time in service during Viet Nam speak volumes of his courage and character. It was my honor and privilege to have met you Saunee. Thank you for your contributions to family and service to our country. Rest in peace Walter!
