For many years, it was the dream of our dear Aunt Josephine Boho Graf to be reunited with the Boho family in Poland. Her friend France Yastrop and Father Antoni Domino, Pastor of the Parish in Lutczy, came to our house many years ago, and told us of her wishes. We were fortunate to then have Aunt Josephine visit Poland, where she became acquainted with her first cousin Jozef Boho. Later three of us visited the United States, and we were able to meet Uncle John and Uncle Charles, and many of our other U.S. Boho family. Once again, Aunt Josephine returned to Poland for a visit.
Upon hearing of her passing, Father Domino celebrated a Mass on Aug 11th, where we were in attendance. Father prayed for eternal happiness for Aunt Josephine, and we all felt as if she was with us. After the Mass, we went to our house and had a Polish dinner, where again we revived the memory and beautiful character of Ciocia Jozefa.
Beloved Aunt, FAREWELL !
(The picture was taken in the Boho family home in Poland, and includes: Don and Anne Flansburg, Zofia, Jacek and Jadwiga Boho, and Ciocia Jozefa Boho-Graf)
